Will my order be warm or cold when I pick it up? How will it be packaged?

All items in your meal are refrigerated, so they will be cold when you pick them up. Your brined turkey will be fresh and ready to prepare.

Please be sure to allow time for reheating the dishes before your meal. Many of our dishes can be reheated right in the packaging while others require a separate pot or pan.

When should I place my order?

For best selection, place your order as soon as possible. With the amount of orders, we would like to guaranty the availability of all of the items on your order.

The last ordering date for Thanksgiving is November 22nd at 6pm.

When do I pick up my order?

All orders are available for pickup on November 27th. There are two different pickup times available to choose from at checkout.

All orders can be picked up at The Stables Beer Garden located at:

160 Park Road, Chester Springs PA 19425

How do I cancel my order?

All orders placed by November 22nd can be canceled on November 25th at 9am. Any order not cancelled 48+ hours prior to scheduled pickup time will be charged in full.

What if I can't make it to the store during my pickup window

We will hold your order as long as possbile or until close of day on November 27th, 2024. When you’re on your way, please email us at hello@takeflightrg.com for assistance. You will be charged for any order that isn’t picked up.
